phcasino accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, unless you have previously notified phcasino of a security breach.

phcasino accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and cash deposit channels. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phcasino account within approximately 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

• Failed Deposits: If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account, please contact phcasino support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-deposit until the issue has been resolved.

phcasino is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• KYC Requirement: Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 Philippine banking business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Where technically possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Real money funds not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.

phcasino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcasino platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phcasino content without prior written consent.
• Use phcasino trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.

• Losses arising from interruptions to the phcasino service due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phcasino's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phcasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phcasino support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 Philippine business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
